Hill Stunt Masters Privacy Policy

Note: This policy is based on the current app code and integrated SDKs. It covers actual features used by the app, including network access, ads, push notifications, remote configuration, and WebView local storage.

The app itself does not provide account registration, phone number login, contacts access, location access, gallery access, or payment features. However, during operation, the app and its third-party services may process the following types of information:

Device and network information, such as device identifiers, OS version, network status, IP address, crash data, and basic diagnostics.
Advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID, for ad delivery, frequency control, anti-fraud, and ad performance measurement.
Push-related information, such as the Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to deliver notifications to your device.
App usage information, such as analytics events, basic usage behavior, and performance data collected through Firebase Analytics.
Local cache data, such as WebView cache, DOM Storage, cached ad configuration, and ad display timing records.

2. How We Use Information

To operate the game properly, including loading game assets, checking network availability, and caching configuration.
To display banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, and app open ads.
To dynamically control ad switches, ad unit settings, and display strategies through remote configuration.
To send push notifications or show system notifications when permission is granted.
To perform analytics, troubleshooting, product improvement, and security monitoring.

3. Permissions Used by the App

`com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID`	Used for ad delivery, ad frequency control, attribution, and advertising performance analysis.	You can limit personalized ads in your device ad settings.
`POST_NOTIFICATIONS`	Used on Android 13 and above to send notifications. If denied, the app can usually still function, but notifications may not be shown.	You can turn it off anytime in system settings.

4. Third-Party SDKs and Services

The app currently integrates the following third-party services. Related information may be processed by those providers under their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob: used to display banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app open ads.
Firebase Analytics: used for usage statistics and app analytics.
Firebase Cloud Messaging: used to generate push tokens and support notifications.
Firebase Remote Config: used to deliver remote configuration, including ad configuration.

These third-party services may process device information, advertising identifiers, network information, and app interaction data according to their own rules. You can review their policies here:

5. Local Storage and WebView

The app uses a WebView to load the built-in game page and enables JavaScript and DOM Storage. To support app functionality, the app may store the following locally on your device:

Web page cache and local storage data to improve loading speed and preserve some game state.
Cached remote ad configuration so the app can quickly reuse valid settings on the next launch.
Ad timing records, such as the last app open ad display time.

This data is primarily stored locally on your device and can usually be removed by uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or using system cleanup tools.

6. Notifications

If you grant notification permission, the app may receive messages through Firebase Cloud Messaging and display them in your system notification area. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

7. Advertising and Personalization

The app contains advertising content. Ad services may use advertising identifiers, device information, network information, and app behavior data for ad delivery, frequency control, and performance analysis.

If you want to limit personalized advertising, you can adjust the relevant settings in your Android device's Google ad settings.

8. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. However, relevant information may be shared or disclosed in the following situations:

When necessary to provide advertising, analytics, push notifications, or remote configuration through third-party service providers.
When disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order, or government authority.
When reasonably necessary to protect the app, users, or the public from harm, fraud, or security risks.

9. Data Retention

Local cache and configuration data may be kept for as long as needed to support the related functionality. Data processed by third-party SDKs is retained according to those providers' own policies and rules.

If you are a minor, please review this policy and use the app with the guidance of a parent or legal guardian. Guardians should supervise and guide minors in their use of the app and related information processing.

11. Your Choices and Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you can generally manage relevant information in the following ways:

Turn off notification permission in your system settings.
Limit personalized ads in your device advertising settings.
Delete local cache by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
Review third-party privacy policies and use their provided channels if you have questions about data handled by those SDKs.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy based on product changes, legal requirements, or third-party service updates. The updated version may be posted in the app, on a website, or on the app distribution page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
